When ProTech processes payroll, employee, supplier or customer information on behalf of a client, the client will normally remain the data controller and ProTech will act as a data processor under the client’s instructions.

We may collect contact details, business information, communications you send to us, enquiry details, and limited technical information such as browser, device and website-usage data.When delivering an agreed finance service, we may also process invoices, payment records, supplier details, customer details and accounting records. Where payroll support is agreed, we may process employee names, contact details, National Insurance numbers, tax codes, salaries, deductions, pension details, bank-payment information, holiday records and absence information. Health or other sensitive information will only be processed where necessary and legally permitted.
